This position provides leadership and coordination of New Era College programmes and marketing functions. The Candidate seeks new ways to create, design and promote the college products and services in a cost-effective manner including securing sponsorships. This position has supervisory responsibilities.


  • Oversee the planning and development of all the Organisations public relations strategies, marketing communications, and public relations activities, both internal and external.
  • Responsible for creating, implementing and measuring the success of:- a comprehensive PR and Communications program that will enhance the Organisation’s image and position within the marketplace and the general public, and facilitate internal and external communications; - all PR and Communications activities and materials including publications, media relations, client acquisition and so forth.
  • Achieve marketing operational objectives by contributing marketing information and recommendations to the Company’s strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends.

  • Master's degree in Marketing or Public Relations, Business administration and/or any other related qualification.
  • At least 5 years experience, marketing communications, brand ownership, with experience in a management position.
