REQUIREMENTS:

  • Required to manage the College Information System.
  • Coordinate project from development to completion.
  • Liaise with external support consultants.
  • Manage the design and implement security programs to ensure data integrity.
  • Oversees information received from the performance of the system hardware and system software.
  • Coordinating regular maintenance and backup system databases.
  • Establishment and maintenance of all project files/documents.
  • Providing logistical support in so far as the training related to the project.
  • Planning and overseeing the preparation and dissemination of project communications.
  • The position will assist with the development of IT strategies that support the College's objectives while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, generally accepted principles, operating practices and corporate policy.
