HOW TO CONTACT NEW ERA COLLEGE DURING THE LOCKDOWN
Dear Stakeholders,
Following the announcement issued by His Excellency, the President of the Republic of Botswana on the Lockdown that commenced on midnight 2nd of April 2020 in response to the COVID-19 Pandemic, New Era College has implemented an Essential Services Plan to ensure learning and teaching continues.
The Essential Services Plan guarantees that learners are supported during the lockdown period by enhancing online learning features, in addition to ensuring that the College’s customer-facing services remain operational while maintaining the Government’s extreme social distancing measures.
Our priorities are to ensure our students, our stakeholders, and the public have an open and accessible channel of communication with New Era College.
Please note that the New Era College campus will be closed from the 2nd April 2020 until further notice. The primary landlines 393 3533 and 393 3584 will not be operational.
The following services will remain open and accessible to our stakeholders and the public:

The final Registration for City and Guilds qualifications has been extended to 31 August 2020. Prospective and former students who wish to write the remaining examination cycles up to December 2022 should check if their registration is still valid and re-register if expired.
